4. Payments and billing
Fees are based on the package or hourly arrangement selected. Invoices are issued according to the schedule stated in the service agreement. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

We treat client information as confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering our services. Our team members are expected to follow confidentiality and data-handling guidelines appropriate to the work being performed.
6. Intellectual property
Materials, documents, and deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques developed during the engagement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDC Digital Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
